About the Founder and CEO

Jaleen views the adult learning experience as a metamorphosis much like a butterfly’s transformation into a beautiful creature that soars.  She facilitates with flair and a reality-based focus on introspectionism.  At Saint Joseph’s University, she obtained her Master’s in Training & Organizational Development. Her degree coupled with over 15 years in management within Human Resources and over 20 years in non-profits; allows her to make an immediate contribution to your organization. In 2008, she founded Dillard Consulting Group, Inc. a training and consulting company and recently launched The Butterfly Experience LLC: We Metamorphosize Businesses which aims to build the inner skills that helps employees to improve on an individual level.  She specializes in diversity, & inclusion, organizational change, organizational culture, leadership development, , emotional intelligence, customer service, onboarding, conflict management and training for non-profit organizations.
