Training Approaches
I pride myself on flexibility and customer service. My approach is to provide you with a "menu" of options to allow you to customize your service. Here are some of the formats:
6 to 8-hour full-day workshop
· A lengthier workshop will allow a deeper look into your company’s needs.
3 to 4-hour half-day workshop
· This abbreviated workshop will give staff an introduction to a topic as it pertains to their individual thoughts and feelings.
1 to 1 ½ hour keynote speech
· An enthusiastic speech focused on provoking deep thought about a selected topic and ways to approach society more collaboratively.
Focus groups:
· Select teams gather to hash out differences that may be adversely impacting your organization.
·Small group meetings can help to do the following:
· Assess the current needs your organization on a more intimate level.
· Develop training ideas and committees focused on a topic of your choice.
Presentations at Conferences or Meetings
· Provide an outlook for leadership in companies and can also help to bridge gaps between front-line staff and management regarding organizational needs,
Surveys assessments
· A survey allows an organization to evaluate the needs of its members, prior to training which aids the development of informative and lively sessions, also becomes a shared experience to generate conversation and collaboration into the future.
